10.  Large bottle of hand sanitizer

11.  (1) wide rule notebook

12. box of colored pencil (12  or 24 count)

13. tennis shoes for P.E.  (must have for safety on new gym floor)

15.  (2) dry erase markers (fine point) no pastels please.
